Debate lore, ideas, games, and creative choices vigorously. Do not attack the worth, identity, safety, or dignity of the person on the other side of the table.

Keep the fire worthy.
Every person at the table gets a voice. Every person is also responsible for how that voice is used. Forge accounts and community participation are for ages 13+.
“Critique the work with honesty and the maker with respect.”
That is the center of the rulebook. Everything below is an extension of it.
No hate, harassment, or threats
Hateful attacks, targeted harassment, credible threats, stalking, intimidation, or encouragement of real-world violence have no place in the Great Hall.
Protect privacy
Do not post private identifying information, expose another person’s account information, impersonate someone else, or pressure another member to reveal personal details.
Keep explicit harm out
Do not post sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, graphic sexual content, instructions for serious wrongdoing, malware, scams, or material whose purpose is to endanger another person.
Mark spoilers
Use spoiler markings when discussing revelations another reader or player may not have reached. Discovery is part of the work; do not take it from someone carelessly.
No spam or manipulation
No repetitive advertising, flooding, automated posting, ban evasion, fake engagement, score manipulation, or attempts to defeat moderation and rate limits.
Canon and theory are different
Theories are welcome. Fan explanations and community outcomes do not become canon by repetition, popularity, leaderboard position, or moderator approval.
Critique honestly
You may dislike a story choice, mechanic, image, or idea. Say so plainly. Criticism becomes useful when it addresses the work and leaves personal abuse behind.
09How moderation works
Machines can screen. People must steward.
Astralith Forgeworks uses automated safeguards to slow spam, catch blocked language, and screen certain public submissions. Those controls are a first wall, not the final judge of a community.
Reader reports go to human moderators. Human moderators can review context, hide or restore material, lock discussions, and record moderation decisions. The Forge owner controls who is entrusted with moderator authority. Community moderation remains separate from the canon Archive.
Stewardship · not spectacle
Enforcement should fit the harm.

Minor problems may be handled through a warning, edit request, or reminder.
- 02Contain
Harmful material may be hidden and a discussion may be locked while context is reviewed.
- 03Restrict
Repeated or serious abuse may lead to loss of community or account-linked privileges where the platform permits.
- 04Review
Reports and decisions remain part of the moderation record so actions can be understood and, where appropriate, reversed.
